First post ever…..been CFing 4 the last 4 weeks(changed my life)….glad 2 c a CF somewhat close to my pad….(210/15)..I will b in touch regarding class times/schedule(tired of getting stared at like I am some sort of savage @ my gym)…Happy New Year……

WAS BORED AND JUST LOOKING AROUND ON THE SITE AND FOUND MY VERY FIRST POST(01/01/08)……..CRAZY……IN A NUTSHELL, LET ME SAY THANKS TO EVERYONE WHO, CONSISTENLY COMES IN AND TRAINS TO THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF THEIR ABILITIES, AND SETS THE STANDARD THAT PUSHES ME TO NOT DEFER TO SELF PRESERVATION..YOU MAY NOT KNOW IT BUT YOU GUYS AND GIRLS MOTIVATE ME TO STORM THRU MY WODS(SOMETIMES PR’S, SOMETIMES NOT)…..I LOOK AT THE NUMBERS/SCORES THAT WE USED TO PUT UP AND LAUGH, HOW TIMES CHANGE…..TO THE KINNICKS, THE SERVICE YOU PROVIDE HAS BEEN AN INVALUABLE TOOL IN CHANGING ALOT OF THINGS IN MY LIFE(PHYSICALLY AND MENTALLY)…I CONSTANTLY SPREAD THE WORD ON HOW THE “PAIN TRAIN” AKA: CROSSFIT IS SWEEPING THE NATION AND THEY NEED TO GET ON BOARD…THANK YOU, RON

I think the last time I’ve come is the last time we did Helen. Which was like 3 weeks ago. *tear*.
Someone build a zip-line from up here to way down there.
Pretty sure I’ve lost what little strength I had gained.
You will be fine Mike. Helen is a beast workout! Just remember this… more crossfit and less WOW!

as rx’ed: 16:58….each round had to run up 2 flights of stairs and back down(treadmill on 1st floor/weightroom,p/u’s on 2nd floor)…..completely gassed last round…
I started out doing it, and then basically pulled my hamstring…only walked the other two runs and did pull ups. Sadness.
