Free Introductory Session
To get started at CrossFit Kinnick, you will need to attend a Free Introductory Session. During this session we will explain to you the CrossFit program, teach you a few moves, and let you try a CrossFit workout scaled to your current fitness level.

Foundations Class
Functional Fitness is built upon a solid understanding of basic functional movements. During the 2 week Foundations Class (4 classes total), we will teach you all the movements/exercises that you need to know in order to enter our group sessions. The emphasis here is on technique and form, and this is where we begin ramping up the intensity level. We also cover proper Nutrition as well as the basic philosophy behind the CrossFit method.

Monthly Group Training Sessions
If you decide that CrossFit is what you’ve been looking for, you can sign up for one of our monthly group training session packages. We offer packages of 2 classes per week, 3 classes per week, or unlimited classes per week. We recommend 5 classes per week for the best results, but we understand that schedules and work/family demands can sometimes make that impossible. For those of you falling into that category, we encourage you to sign up for as many days as you can reasonably commit to. If you are consistent you will see results, regardless of the number of days per week you workout. But as with everything in life, the more you put in, the more you will get out it.
