Step 1: Free Introductory Workout

To get started at CrossFit Kinnick, you will need to attend a Free Introductory Workout. During this session we will explain to you the CrossFit program, teach you a few movements, and let you try a CrossFit workout scaled to your current fitness level.

Step 2: Choose a Start-up Option:

After you complete your Free Introductory Session, you can choose one of the Start-up Options below.

Functional Fitness is built upon a solid understanding of basic functional movements.  During these classes we will teach you all the movements/exercises that you need to know in order to enter our group sessions.  The emphasis here is on technique and form, and this is where we begin ramping up the intensity level.  We also cover proper Nutrition as well as the basic philosophy behind the CrossFit method.

OnRamp : $150, 4 weeks, 2 classes per week

  • Learn the basic CrossFit Movements and Philosophy is a fun group environment.
  • Personalized instruction and workouts from a CrossFit Certified Trainer
  • Learn about Proper Nutrition, which is essential for meeting your goals
  • Allow your body time to adjust to the CrossFit regimen.

FastTrak: $200, 4 Private Sessions

  • Accelerated Program for more advanced individuals who want to get started on classes quickly.
  • More flexible time slots available.
  • Covers the same material as the OnRamp program.

Foundations: $400, 8 Private Sessions

  • One-on-One attention, allowing you to go at your own pace.
  • Best option for those needing special accommodation due to injuries, etc.
  • More flexible time slots available
  • Covers the same material as the OnRamp program.

Step 3: Choose a Membership PackageSee Details

If you decide to become a member of CrossFit Kinnick, you can sign up for one of our monthly group training packages. We offer packages of 2 classes per week, 3 classes per week, and 5 classes per week. We recommend 5 classes per week for the best results, but we understand that schedules and work/family demands can sometimes make that impossible. For those of you falling into that category, we encourage you to sign up for as many days as you can reasonably commit to. If you are consistent you will see results, regardless of the number of days per week you workout. But as with everything in life, the more you put in, the more you will get out of it.
