  • CrossFit Class Schedules

    6:00am 5:00pm 9:00am
    8:00am 6:00pm
    9:15am (Express, MWF) 7:00pm (Mon-Thurs)
    11:00am 8:00pm (Mon & Thurs)
  • Youth Class Schedule:

    Monday, Wednesday, & Friday 9:15am-9:45am

    Ages 10 and up

    ***If younger than 10 years of age the parent can request a try out to ensure they are ready for the class.

  • CrossFit Kids Class Schedule:

    Ages 5-8: Thursday at 5:00pm

    Ages 9-12: Thursday at 5:30pm

  • Athlete Development Program Class Schedule:

    Monday and Wednesday at 5:15pm

    Tuesday and Thursday at 7:15pm

  • Express Class Schedule:

    Monday, Wednesday, & Friday 9:15am-9:45am

    **No CF Experience needed

    **No contract – Month to Month
