    Monday, Wednesday, & Friday 10:00 – 10:30am

    Tuesday & Thursday 3:30 – 4:00pm

    Ages 8 – 17

  • CrossFit Kids Class Schedule:

    Ages 5 – 8: Thursday 5:00 – 5:30pm

    Ages 9 – 12: Thursday 5:30 – 6:00pm

  • Athlete Development Program Class Schedule:

    Monday and Wednesday 5:15 – 6:00pm

    Tuesday and Thursday 7:15 – 8:00pm

    Ages 13 – 18

  • Express Class Schedule:

    Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday 9:15 – 9:45am
