“Thanks for your interest in my online programming & coaching. I am very excited to share my knowledge and experience in Crossfit with you. Before we get started lets cover a few things. In order for this to work, just like anything else, you will need to be committed and stay consistent. Also, for this to work you must have access to typical Crossfit equipment on a regular basis. If you are a member of a Crossfit Box please make sure that the Box owner is aware of and OK with you doing stuff on your own from an outside source. I do not want to step on anyone’s toes nor do I want to upset any Box owners with this. Once you have cleared this with your Box owner we will proceed.

Here is what I have in mind, if this works for you then we can move forward. I am going to be putting a lot of time and effort into the programming I give you. I expect the same on your end. I understand life happens and we all have families, and work, etc. but I have 2 young boys, a wife, a box to run/train classes/programming, and an extensive training schedule to prepare me for another trip to the Games, as well as frequent travelling with Tony Blauer for the CF Defense Specialty Seminars. Its all about priorities. What you can expect from me on a daily basis is a detailed Bodyweight Warm-up to build a good foundation that will transfer to more dynamic and higher skilled movements, a met-con/workout (WOD), a lift/skill work (depending on your specific needs), and some type of cool down element. I am HUGE on mobility & recovery. Again, depending on your schedule and what you are looking for I suggest something close to a 3 on 1 off, 2 on 1 off schedule. If you have a limited time schedule daily we can make adjustments but 1-2 hours is what I am looking for from you. This can be done all at once or split up between the morning and evening. Again it depends on you, your schedule, and your goals.

As for pricing, I have a few options and the prices vary depending on your commitment level. For full programming the 3 month price is $150 per month for a total of $450. If you commit to 6 months that price drops to $125 per month for the 6 months for a total of $750. If you are interested in video review (which I highly recommend) the pricing goes up by $25 per month. If there is additional programming that you require we can make adjustments at that point.
