Class & Fee Schedule

This is our current class schedule. We will be adding more times shortly, so let us know if you are interested in a time different than those listed here. Please email or call if you would like to sign up for a class or find out more information. We now offer the option to pay online below with a credit card through Google Checkout.

Class Schedule:

  • Monday: 7:30am • 4:30pm • 6:00pm • 9:00pm
  • Tuesday: 7:30am • 4:30pm • 6:00pm • 9:00pm
  • Wednesday: 7:30am • 4:30pm • 6:00pm • 9:00pm
  • Thursday: 7:30am • 6:00pm • 9:00pm
  • Friday: 7:30am • 4:30pm • 6:00pm • 9:00pm
  • Saturday: 7:30am

Personal Training Fees (1-hour session):

  • One-on-one: $50 per session
  • Two-on-one: $35 per session
  • Three-on-one: $25 per session

Monthly Group Training Sessions (1-hour sessions, 4-12 people):

  • 1 Session Per Week (4 per month):$55/month ($13.75/session)
  • 2 Sessions Per Week (8 per month): $80/month ($10/session)
  • 3 Sessions Per Week (12 per month): $100/month ($8.33/session)
  • 4 Sessions Per Week (16 per month): $120/month ($7.50/session)
  • Unlimited Monthly Sessions: $140/month ($5.80-7.00/session)

We offer a 10% discount to all Military, First Responders, and Full-Time Students

Drop-in Fee: First Visit Free, then $15 per class
