We will be performing the workout from 8am-12pm. Please come out and show support for our fellow CrossFitters Josh, Mary, and LukeEverett!
- Acceptable ingredient items: All vegetables or fruits, black beans, sweet potatoes, all meats, olive oil, butter (obviously), coconut oil.
- Unacceptable ingredients: Sugars, corn, white potatoes, grains, beans (excluding black beans).
We will vote for the best chili with $1 representing one vote. Vote as many times as you like for your favorite! All of these proceeds go directly to the Lift Up Luke Fundraiser!
The winner with the most money (votes) will be crowned the “CrossFit Kinnick Paleo Chili Champ!”
