Alright folks, our December guest days were so successful that we’ve decided to do it again. That’s right, for another 3 whole days in January we’re making classes available to anyone and everyone for FREE. The new year is the perfect time to help motivate your loved ones. Bring your curious friends and family members in for a taste of the famous CFK butter (yes, you may bring the same people you brought for the first go around). It’s only 2 weeks away!
- January 10th, 11th, 12th (Thurs, Fri, Sat)
- During regular class times (Thurs/Fri: 6am, 8am, 11am, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm, 8pm, Sat: 8am, 9am, 11am)
- Sign-up! This isn’t mandatory, but still highly recommended so we’ll know what to expect as far as numbers go each day. We’ll have sign-up sheets at the front desk, as well as Facebook events for each of the 3 days.
- The workouts will be beginner-friendly.
- Expect movements that require little-to-no equipment and that are tad lower on the technique spectrum.
- Partner Workouts. Each will be a partner WOD. The idea is to make the workouts less intimidating for our guests and for them to share the experience with you.
