Zone Challenge: Simple Lunch

Hey guys & gals!  I am back.  Here is a simple lunch you can make while at home.  You could even do it at Dinner.  I used pork sausages which aren’t the best.  I would recommend the ones from Costco or Fresh n Easy that are made with Chicken and are gluten free.  You have to keep mixing it up and have fun with your food.  Remember you don’t have to get all your blocks from one food source.  I used cauliflower, mushrooms, tomato sauce, butternut squash, and beets for my carbs.  I used sausages and provolone cheese for my protein and olive oil for fat.  Mix & Match.  Hope this helps!  Find out what you like eating and go with it.
