She’s Still Got It.

Amy gave birth to Isaac on December 6 (6 weeks ago), and now she’s back in the gym.  She lost quite a bit of strength during the pregnancy and recovery, but she is determined to make her way back to her previous level of fitness.  Although she’s got a long way to go, she can still move!!!

54 Butterfly Kipping Pull-ups!!!

Jeremy is a beast.  Recently he set a new PR in Pull-ups (54), using the Butterfly Kip.  He is now in the process of perfecting his chest-to-bar Butterfly Kip, and he is making solid progress.  Be sure to look for him at the CrossFit Games Regional Qualifier in April.  Good work Jeremy.

Jeremy’s 2:45 Fran…Almost!

Here is Jeremy’s 2:45 Fran performance on 12/3/08. He lost count of the reps on the first set of pull-ups and ended up with only 20 of the 21 reps. Now you’ll notice, he averages about 1 pull-up per second, so his time would not have been much longer with all the reps. You’ll have to watch and see for next time, when he beats this time and sets a legitimate PR. You can watch it in HD here(just click “watch in HD”): Jeremy’s Fran
