Good to hear from you RD. Its been too long since you’ve been by. I hope you are getting some good use out of “Old Faithful” (the pull bar/weight rack). Hope all is well with your wife and nickie! See you soon bud and take care of that lowerback.

  4. John A says:

Jeremy- Check the weight from last night. I think we did 295# instead of 275#.

  5. Jonathan says:

I think you may be right John. I’ll have to check with Jeremy. I used 2 20kgs , a 10kg, and 5lbs on each side. I think you may have done more.

  6. Mike says:

    Freakin a – I can’t add – yeah we did 295 – I think I meant to add 10 lbs but added a 10 to both sides or something – jeeze

  7. John A says:

That’s what I thought. It seemed heavy. It will only make us stronger in the long run.

  8. Jake says:

    lol, wow, nice one guys.

  9. Jake says:

how do those backs feel? heh.

  10. Veronica B says:

So I am not sure if my math was right so I had 1 (10kg) + 1 (20kg) on each side plus a 35# bar. I am not sure if that added up to 141, would you mind checking please??

BTW My back is killing me…….LOL. Maybe the next time I will do less weight. Ha!

    Thanks!

  11. Jonathan says:

Veronica, you’ve got to keep that back set. Good job though!!! You actually did 167!!

i was looking at times from way back before the games like
    may and april
and basically i was sorta tight
and now im sad because i suck now lol
    but ill be back
i just gotta get going for a couple months in a row

  2. Crossfit is no secret in regards to how you get results. Consistency, hard work and great training :-) Just show up and do the WOD and you will kill it!!! Lets go Ethan!! That goes for everyone though. I think the consistency and great training are more important than the hard work and I think the consistency is the most important. So basically its all in your hands as an athlete because you can have the best trainers in the world and best facility and work hard when you come but if you arent consistent then your results will show that. Moral of the story… show up.

  3. Danny says:

    Woo!
I’m finally done posting every recorded workout score of mine on Beyondthewhiteboard.com dating back to december of last year.
Looking at my progress is insane! I love CrossFit.
Now all i want is the picture of my doing a Snatch that’s on Jona’s camera so i can put it as my picture on my profile on Beyondtwb.com :)

Not looking forward to this workout tonight.
I’m hoping i can do it Rx’d, cuz everyone know’s deadlift is my weakest aspect.
