Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
50 Burpees
50 Double unders

    my last time was 19 1/3 rounds

    I need to work on those push up for next time. My goal is 25+ rounds. If I can get through the push ups unbroken for a few more rounds I can do it easily.

    this workout was tough.
    did it rx’d.
    hard part was the coming up from the bottom of the squat during the clean, gettin the bar up was easy.
    definitely gunna be sore tomorrow.
