Burpees and Pull-ups

Here is Alan getting some assisted pull-ups in a recent workout.  One of the best aspects of CrossFit is its universal scalability.  Regardless of your starting level you can get great results through scaling and progression.  Our Coaches custom tailor each workout to your level, ensuring a challenging, but doable workout.

Today’s Workout:

Ten rounds for time of:
12 Burpees
12 Pull-ups

Thrusters, Hang Powercleans, Sumo Deadlift High-pull

Here is Amy doing some pregnant Overhead Squats. Just a reminder, Amy is due December 15th!!! I can’t believe how quickly it is coming.

Today’s Workout:

Complete as many rounds as possible 20 minutes of:
95 pound Thruster, 5 reps
95 pound Hang Powercleans, 7 reps
95 pound Sumo Deadlift High-pull, 10 reps
