Five rounds, each for time of:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats
Rest precisely three minutes between each round.

Almost met Pukie on the way home..haha..3 rounds, Blue band on pull ups, 6 min., 7 min., 13 min.
