If you haven’t had a chance to see Josh Everett do the “King Kong” workout, here’s your chance. Josh is the Strength and Conditioning coach at UC Riverside, and he has finished 2nd place in the CrossFit Games this year, and 3rd place at the ’07 Games. This is a truly amazing display of Human Performance. (p.s. You may want to mute your speakers, the background music is NOT work/family safe.)
