We have started our new schedule, be sure to check it out.  We added a bunch of evening times, and removed the Tuesday 4:30pm and Friday 9:00pm.  We hope the expanded schedule makes it easier for everyone to find a time to get in.

Nicole

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
Run 400 meters
Max rep Pull-ups

Post number of pull-ups completed for each round to comments.

  1. I did the 30 muscle ups for time today because i didnt want to miss it. It was my second time completing the WOD rx’d. The last time I did this was aug 4th and it took me 24:53. Today i completed it in 12:09!!! in august i didnt go to full extension at the bottom but today i did. Thanks Michael for cheering me on!!
