24:15 I still need to head over to the chiropractor to get my back adjusted. For the past month or so I have had a lot of pain in my right ankle and right hamstring at the top near my glute.
Also I am down to 191#. I was at 205# at the games in July and have been on the zone pretty strict since then. Now Im smaller/lighter, stronger and more fit than ever. Where will it stop!
yeeeeah already knocked off 4 minutes in just a couple weeks. its on man im gonna try to get to the gym every chance i get this week AND start zone. here goes!
