Run and Go Overhead

On August 6th, Henry got his first muscle-up.  On August 20th, he did a total of 36 muscle as part of the WOD.  Awesome job Henry!!!  Whose going to be the next one to get a muscle-up?

95 pound Push press, 21 reps

95 pound Push Jerk, 21 reps
