Muscle-ups

Here and Mike and Val during “Michael”. They will be gone to Russia for 3 weeks, and hopefully will bring back the secrets of the Kettlebell Masters. We’re counting on you guys!!!

Today’s workout:

30 Muscle-ups for Time.

Substitutions: 100 Pull-ups and 100 Dips, or 30 Pull-ups and 30 Dips, or 60 Ring Rows and 60 Ring Push-ups.

    I was actually looking forward to doing this one…but then i ripped my hand on the 48th pull up. So sad!

    Just wanted to say goodbye and have fun to everyone while we are gone. You better believe we will be doing as much CrossFit as possible while we are in the land of the kettlebell and will not come back any weaker! Keep us in your prayers! We will keep everyone updated as much as possible.
