Today’s Workout:
“Murph”
For time:
1 mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
1 mile Run
Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you’ve got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.
Substitutions: Scale to 1/2 or 1/4 as needed.

Monday, August 25th, 2008On August 6th, Henry got his first muscle-up. On August 20th, he did a total of 36 muscle as part of the WOD. Awesome job Henry!!! Whose going to be the next one to get a muscle-up?

“Tabata Something Else”
Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.
Post total reps from all 32 intervals to comments.
