Oh ok - I was wondering how that was going to work... otherwise I would probably only get to like day 6 or 7. Sounds like fun!

Funny you mention losing some skin at the gym. Ron and I were talking about enforcing a PYOS policy at the gym. Effective Immediately! You know "Pick up Your Own Skin" (PYOS). Ya this workout made me remember how much I despise dips. Which is why I started a Dip Challenge for 30 days. Day 1 is tomorrow and each day you do a dip and the following day you add 1 more until we get to 30. It doesnt have to be in a row just you have to do them in the warm up and cant move on and come back.

Seriously - crazy how hard dips are after doing push-ups... and how hard push-presses are after blasting your chin on the first rep - honestly I couldn't understand how blood was not coming out - took a nice chunk out of the inside of my cheek though.

*cough*cough* Excuse me, I just coughed up my triceps.
