Continuous Pull-ups
Monday, July 7th, 2008Congratulations to every who competed at the CrossFit Games with us this past weekend. I’m proud of all of you and the efforts you put forth at the games. Everyone showed a lot of heart. Special recognition is due to Jeremy, who finished 77 out of 196 in the Men’s Group, and to Evan who finished 116th. Great Job guys!!! I can’t wait to see what we do next year!!!

Today’s Workout:
With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.
Use as many sets each minute as needed.
Substitutions: Band Pull-ups or Ring Rows.
