    Hello thank you for your website. I try to push myself every time I go to the gym. I have not been kicked out yet but I am trying. I do get the look of what the hell are you doing when i walk on my hands or in the lot flipping my tire. Well have a great day bye bye bye

Jeremy set a new PR of 3:54 for “Fran” last week.  Good Job!!!  Ron is right on his heels with a new PR of 4:25.  Keep pushing guys!!!
