Clean & Jerk and Run

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
95 pound Clean and Jerk, 15 reps
Run 400 meters

    Hello thank you for your website. I try to push myself every time I go to the gym. I have not been kicked out yet but I am trying. I do get the look of what the hell are you doing when i walk on my hands or in the lot flipping my tire. Well have a great day bye bye bye
