Deadlift

Yesterday we finally finished pressure washing the endless layers of grease and grime off of our now clean floors. You don’t want to know how many hours/days it took to finish. In case you were wondering, 2500 sq.ft. is a lot to clean.

Here is Jeremy warming up with some double unders.

Rest Day

The new box is finally starting to take shape a little bit. The painting is 95% completed and we should be done pressure washing the floors later today. The transformation is turning out to be a surprisingly long process, but we’ll get there.

Here is Jake showing off his painting skills.

  4. Julianne "Nan" Kinnick says:

Crossfit is not treating my body very well…as in I’m sore after every workout, but it’s totally worth it. It’s impacted my life by making me more in shape and actually seeing results. I actually want to go workout and it’s made an impact on my ability to stick to things for more than a month.

  5. Michael O'Brien says:

Pretty simple really – Crossfit dominates your life. Anything that owns your body and makes you want to come back and do it again is champion. It has made me look at super buff body builders in a whole new light – and olympic gymnasts as well. Yeah, freakin’ do a muscle up and then we’ll talk.

  6. Sean Doiron says:

    I got stitches.

Haha, it has gotten me in the best shape overall, but the stitches thing is true too.
