Keep up the good work guys. Jeremy, in response to yesterday’s post, it’s good to see, wish I could be there for the grand opening. We’re still running out of the garage gym, and if I can keep it that way for a while I will, I’ve not much desire to rent a box just yet, I’ve got a 700-ish square foot garage to play with, we can easily run 5 person classes in there.
Though I have thought about it a few times. Anyhow, talk to you guys later and hopefully see you next time I’m in town (and hopefully it won’t be stinkin’ 48 degrees like it was last time, I get enough of that here in Michigan)

Danny is right. It was 115# thrusters and the WOD was Quarter Gone Bad. I remember since I was training you and Ethan that night. Great work “chubbybunny”?
