  1. Tough run for me. Ran this on Sat. April 19th. Hit a pretty tough wall at about 20 minutes. Reached halfway at 28.48 and finished at 1:01.50. Had a burst of energy at about 35 mins. I started eating zone the last day of the level 1 cert so its been almost a week and i dont think i would have done that with out it. I weighed 203 at the start of the run.
