  4. Keep up the good work guys. Jeremy, in response to yesterday’s post, it’s good to see, wish I could be there for the grand opening. We’re still running out of the garage gym, and if I can keep it that way for a while I will, I’ve not much desire to rent a box just yet, I’ve got a 700-ish square foot garage to play with, we can easily run 5 person classes in there.

    Though I have thought about it a few times. Anyhow, talk to you guys later and hopefully see you next time I’m in town (and hopefully it won’t be stinkin’ 48 degrees like it was last time, I get enough of that here in Michigan)

  1. Hey guys, this is Matt DeMinico from Motor City Crossfit. Just was thinking about you guys the other day and stopped by the website. I see you got a new facility? That’s pretty sweet. When did that happen?

    I may be able to make it by again in the future, just depends when I’m on travel for work in the area again (a 3000+ mile drive would be a bit much otherwise).

    Anyhow, looks like things are picking up for you guys, good to hear.

    Hey Matt, thanks for stopping by the site. I didnt meet you but that was my garage that you visited. We are all very excited about the new box and as you can see in the pictures the gym is coming along nicely. We unofficially opened April 7th but our Grand Opening is scheduled for early May once we have everything completed.

    We would love to have you visit us again anytime you are out this way. Whats a 3000+ mile drive for a crossfitter? Hope all is well with you and your gym.
