I contend that once I learn how to properly do 95 lbs thrusters, which should be by the next time I do Fran, my time will be under 9:00 minutes. Bob Dole keeps his word.

Anyone scared of FRAN?… In my opinion FRAN is the hardest shortest workout in CrossFit.

They’re kipping, unless you can’t kip, then they are strict or assisted.
