01/17/08 - Pull-ups
With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.
Use as many sets each minute as needed.

I am very interested in the O-lifting Clinic Feb 23 and $50 bucks is steal of a deal. Count me in. I am sure Jonathan and Jake will join in.
