Josh:    205#, 90#, 245# = 535 CFT

Pat:   145#, 85#, 145# = 375 CFT

Alyssa:   130#, 50#, N/A = 180 CFT

Chris M:   N/A, 50#, N/A = 50 CFT

Modified work out
-5 pull ups, 10 push ups, 15 squats as many rounds in 20 minutes.

Frank Wei:  9 2/3 + 11 squats
