20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats

Rest precisely three minutes between each round.

    so the entire workout is only 3 reps?

    or do you work up to your max and then do your max at 1 rep?

    Yes, you warm up with lighter weights and then try your 1 rep max

    You realize we only did 1/3 of the WOD yesterday. We were supposed to do that work out for 3 rounds.
